Digital goods

Because packs are digital downloads delivered immediately after payment, refunds are not available after the download link has been used.

Unused links

If you paid but could not download (technical failure) and the link was never used, contact the operator within 24 hours with your PayPal order ID. We may re-issue a download link or refund via PayPal at our discretion.

Link expiry

Download links expire after 48 hours and have a limited number of uses. Save your ZIP promptly after purchase.

Chargebacks

Friendly resolution first: email/message the operator before opening a PayPal dispute when possible.
