We want to emphasize that your personal information was not compromised or stolen; it was simply deleted by the hackers. We have found no evidence of data exfiltration, only systematic destruction of the data on our servers.
If you have a Dedicated Server or VPS with us, please note that these operate on a separate network. These servers are most likely unaffected by the cyber attack. However, as a strict precaution, we have chosen to turn several of these servers off to protect your data.
